The Healthy Prostrate

by Dr Al Sears

Did you know that after the age of 50 the average man’s urine flow rate drops like a stone?

That's bad enough, but peak urine flow (called Qmax) drops by almost as much... and it's this measure of peak urine flow that determines how fully your bladder empties.

A recent study on a huge number of men in India found that after 50, your urine flow is reduced by as much as 30%, and declines rapidly from there.1

Yet, when I tried prostate formulas with my patients in the past, we were lucky to get a moderate improvement in urine force and flow — at best.

Now all of that has changed. There's a new discovery helping men restore a flow that's full-on, “pee-like-a-champ” strong.

And the results are better than anything I’ve seen before. As a doctor who has helped men in my clinic for over two decades, I can tell you the difference is HUGE.

Today, I want to show you more about what this discovery is, how it works and how you can restore your peeing power and safeguard your performance in as little as a few weeks.

This secret to a bolder flow may finally help you get a handle on the situation no man likes to talk about. And it's so easy, you don't even have to think about it. prostate, eases your fears, and keeps you in the saddle.

Keep Your Flow Strong And Your Bladder Empty All Night...

Maintain a healthy-sized prostate, and it will serve you well for as long as you live. No worry, no stress, no anxiety.

To keep the natural, normal shape of your prostate... and maintain its proper function there are certain ingredients I believe your prostate formula must have in order to work.

Beta sitosterol is one of them.

One randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center study — the gold standard in clinical trials — looked at 200 men with benign prostate enlargement. Half the group received 180 mg of beta-sitosterol daily, while the other half received placebo.

After six months, the beta-sitosterol group saw improvement in the International Prostate Symptom Score, the measurement of urine flow (QMax), and the amount of residual urine remaining in the bladder (PUR).2

Beta Sitosterol is clinically proven to:

Increase your urinary flow, and...Decrease the amount of residual urine left in your bladder.

British researchers gave 177 patients with benign prostate enlargement 130 mg of beta-sitosterol each day and were monitored for over six months. Measurements of the International Prostate Symptom Score, urinary flow, and residual urine in the bladder after voiding were recorded.

On average, urinary flow values increased by 4.5 ml/second while the amount of urine left in the bladder decreased by a huge 33.5 ml.4 In terms of the International Prostate Symptom Score scale, that's big news.

In fact, studies of this little-known prostate supporter showed remarkable results:5

Residual urine DECREASED by 65%: “Residual” urine is the amount of urine left after you go to the bathroom. If you've ever experienced this, you know how uncomfortable it can be — the feeling of still having to pee, even though you just went.

Urine force and flow IMPROVED by 35%: Remember how strong your flow was back in the day? When it felt like you could high-pressure clean the porcelain or take the paint off a wall?

Need to urinate at night DROPPED by 54%: This can make you lose sleep night after night — having to get out of bed every time you feel the urge to pee. It's one of the most disruptive effects my patients tell me about.

I’ve seen similar results in my own patients. When I discovered the power of beta-sitosterol I started offering it to men who had trouble urinating. They see improvements almost right away.

And testing confirmed it. The powerful antioxidants and botanicals reduce prostate swelling, improve urine flow and reduce residual urine.

You’ll Sleep A Lot Better With Fewer Trips To The Bathroom

Certain herbs can help as well. Europeans need a prescription for these herbs meaning they’re fully researched and well tested. They are the best at keeping your prostate at its normal size.

I use these three in my practice almost daily. Here’s why:

Saw Palmetto: In a review of numerous saw palmetto studies, 90% of men got help with their prostate. They stopped getting up to go to the bathroom during the night and reported better quality sleep. The same men experienced an increase in urinary flow and felt that their bladders were actually empty after urinating.6

Pygeum Africanum: Extracts of this African herb show impressive results. In one study, urinary flow improved, late night bathroom trips decreased and the men reported better sexual performance.7

Pumpkin Seed Extract: A German study of over 2,000 men put this well-known prostate protector to the test. The overall results, measured by the International Prostate Symptom Score, improved by almost 50%. Quality of life scores improved by 46%.8

5 Minerals And Nutrients Every Man MUST Have For Better Bedroom Performance

Aside from keeping a good, strong flow, a healthy prostate is essential for intimacy, too. It’s a real concern for my patients. To keep them “in the saddle,” I recommend four powerful potency and flow boosters.

1. Zinc: More than 60% of men have a zinc deficiency. And that spells trouble… Your semen has 100 times more zinc than your blood – and your prostate has the highest concentration of zinc in your body.

Zinc is a real “man’s mineral.” Remember how DHT needs to be kept in check? Zinc is a real performance booster that helps reduce the enzymes that convert your valuable testosterone into DHT.

A healthy level of zinc:9

Maximizes your testosterone production

Extends the life of testosterone in your bloodstream

Boosts the sensitivity of your male hormone receptors – especially your testosterone receptors.

2. Lycopene: If you watch the news, you may have seen reports linking lycopene and prostate health. And they’re true. In fact, one study from Harvard University revealed that men who ate foods high in lycopene lowered their risk of prostate health issues by 45%.

Lycopene is a carotenoid that gives tomatoes their red color. Its antioxidant power is double than most — and 10 times stronger than vitamin E! And its link to your prostate is undeniable.10

3. Selenium: Finally, I’ve included what I call every man’s “must have mineral.” Its power to support your immune system is remarkable. And it’s especially helpful for your prostate.

As with lycopene, studies consistently show that men with higher levels of selenium have a reduced risk of prostate trouble. The opposite is also true. Men with low levels of selenium are vulnerable — and show a high risk of prostate health issues.

These days, getting selenium from your diet is harder and harder. That’s why supplementing is so important. Minerals like selenium come from the soil. But strong fertilizers and commercial farming practices eliminate these minerals making it hard for you to get your daily supply.

4. Boron: This is one rock every man needs. It’s a must-have mineral to help keep your prostate in its natural, walnut-sized shape.

Boron used to be in the fruits and vegetables you eat. But commercial farming has depleted our soil of many of the minerals you need to stay healthy.

After helping thousands of men in my own clinic, I believe boron is the most powerful mineral you can give your prostate. And almost no one knows about it.

Until now, the power of boron has been either overlooked or ignored. Yet there’s plenty of clinical evidence showing boron’s remarkable ability to safeguard your prostate from the proteins and enzymes that may change your prostate’s natural, healthy size.

5. CoQ10: This is probably the last thing you expected to see as a prostate booster, but CoQ10, already well known for its heart and brain benefits is having more of its benefits revealed all the time.

A recent study published by the University of Hawaii showed that CoQ10 can also have a profound effect on your prostate health.11

CoQ10 concentrates in your organs, too. The ones that need energy the most like your heart, liver and prostate. Your prostate especially benefits from CoQ10 in two important ways.

First, cells in your prostate use CoQ10 as the fuel they need for energy. Without CoQ10, the prostate cells get tired, and can’t function as efficiently.

The second benefit comes from CoQ10’s unique dual role. At the same time it powers up your prostate cells, it protects them.

CoQ10 is an incredibly powerful antioxidant that helps maintain your DNA, and helps keep the mitochondria of your prostate cells functioning and giving your prostate the energy it needs for proper function.

By now, I’m sure you’re getting a feel for how these nutrients protect your performance and the freedom to pee with a strong, steady stream.

But there’s one more ingredient I want to share with you... It’s one of the latest discoveries and I’m very excited about it.

It’s called 5-Loxin.

This powerful extract supports your prostate on a cellular level. It goes above and beyond the traditional herbs used for prostate health.

Here’s why: An important part of maintaining good prostate health is keeping inflammation low, and 5-Loxin is one of the best ways to help reduce inflammation.

By maintaining a healthy inflammation response, 5-Loxin is one of the most promising advances in prostate health I’ve seen in 15 years. I recommend it to any man who will listen.

You Should Never Have To Give Up Your Right To Feel Like A Man

There’s no reason to give up on the joys of being a man. And when you keep your prostate in good condition, you’ll never have to.

After all, your prostate shouldn’t be a source of anxiety. Ideally, you shouldn’t have to think about it at all. And now you have everything you need to keep your prostate off your list of things to worry about.

So remember, to keep your prostate happy just follow my “prostate protocol”...

Avoid commercial beef and eat hormone-free grass-fed beef instead.

Add more cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli and cauliflower) to your diet.

Exercise in short bursts followed by rest, like running sprints, and do it two to three times a week.

And take Prosta-Vive BetaQ every day.
